Annual HSA Procedures:

1. Clean or replace the standard 1-inch filter supplied by the customer.
2. Inspect the inside cooling coil and provide cleaning service at a discounted rate if necessary.
3. Inspect primary and secondary drains.
4. Clean and test drain.
5. Clean and check the condenser coil.
6. Adjust and clean blower motor components (Blower squirrel cage cleaning is an additional discounted service and free with the purchase of a REME HALO).
7. Check compressor.
8. Lubricate all moving parts, if applicable.
9. Check and tighten all loose electrical connections.
10. Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge.
11. Monitor voltage/amperage draw on all motors and air conditioning cycle.
12. Inspect heat exchanger and burners, vacuum/wipe down, and adjust as necessary.
13. Adjust gas pressure as necessary.
14. Check and test pilot operation, including cleaning the flame sensor and checking the igniter for any discoloration or cracking.
15. Monitor flue draft for safe operation.
16. Check and test safety controls.
17. Adjust airflow for proper temperature rise or temperature drop.
18. Clean and check the thermostat.
19. Monitor furnace or AC/Air Handler & Heat Pump cycle.
20. Check for a cracked heat exchanger. If applicable
21. Assess the age and condition of the system.

HSA Pricing:

• One-year HSA: $190 for the first system, $145 for each additional AC and heating system.
